All sales of digital products are final. We do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges for any reason once the order is completed.

Physical Products

Cancellations for physical products are accepted within 24 hours of placing your order, provided that production has not begun. Once production starts, we are unable to accommodate any cancellations.

Edible Products

Due to the nature of edible items, we do not accept returns for food products, unless an error was made on our part. If you receive an incorrect order or a product that does not match your purchase details, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can review and address the issue.

Our cookies are made in a kitchen that processes and may contain common allergens, including but not limited to nuts, dairy, gluten, soy, and eggs. Cross-contamination is possible, even if a specific allergen is not listed as an ingredient.

It is the customer’s responsibility to review the ingredient list provided for each product prior to purchasing. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts that Chubbyland Cookies is not liable for any allergic reactions or adverse health effects resulting from the consumption of our products.

Shipping is available within the continental United States. All orders are shipped every Monday and Wednesday to ensure the freshness and quality of our cookies upon arrival.

The estimated delivery time will depend on the destination and the shipping carrier selected at checkout. While we work with trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx, delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, high seasonal demand, or operational delays from the shipping provider.

Once you place your order, you will receive a tracking number with all the shipping details. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website by following their instructions.

Please note that once Chubbyland Cookies hands your order over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for any damages, delays, lost packages, or incorrect deliveries. If any of these situations occur, please contact the shipping company directly for assistance.
