FAQ’S

Minimum Order
We require a minimum of $20 per order — because honestly, who stops at just one?
We bake from Denver, Colorado. While we do not have a physical store at the moment, you can place your order online for pickup or nationwide shipping.
Why can’t I order just one cookie?
Each batch requires time, quality ingredients, and resources to prepare. This helps us operate efficiently and ensure freshness for all customers.

Allergens
Our kitchen processes wheat, nuts, gluten, eggs, dairy, and other potential allergens.
We do our best to prevent cross-contamination, but it is possible. Please order with caution if you have allergies.
What ingredients do you use?
We use high-quality, preservative-free, fresh ingredients. Common ingredients include butter, vegetable shortening, brown sugar, refined sugar, eggs, wheat flour, cocoa powder, spices, chocolate, nuts, extracts, leavening agents, dairy, dried fruits, and salt.

Menu Availability
Why are some flavors available and not others?
We bake in small batches, by hand, to maintain freshness, quality, and taste. Our menu changes every Friday after 6:00 pm, depending on ingredient availability and seasonal flavors. This means you may find new flavors each week, while others remain on the menu.
Our Spoonable Desserts take more preparation time, so they are not available every week. When they are, they tend to sell out quickly
We accept orders from Friday until Thursday at midnight for both pickup and shipping.
